Time to get going

Good day! 

There are so many challenges in the world today and of course one of the most vexing is the rising demand for energy. All across the globe, demand is rising and supply is tightening. In the long run that scenario predicts rising energy costs, energy shortages and potentially substantial change to people's quality of life and standard of living.

If you're exploring this blog then you likely have an interest in this big challenge. What can you do about it? What can WE do about it? That very idea and the excitement about helping to address today's energy challenge in even a small way is what motivated us to found PowerMand back in 2007. We believe we're part of something really big. We're small, but the idea is big. In coming blog posts, I want to share with you what we're doing at PowerMand. How we're doing. Our observations and ideas too. I'm sure more will come to mind as well. This is a big topic, but there are a lot of big ideas out and small ideas too that collectively can add up to make a huge difference.

I titled this blog "Time to get going". I think that's the right tone. There's no time like right now to get going on solving perhaps the world's biggest collective challenge. I'm fired up.
