Meet the Board of Directors

 
 
 Preston Michie - Chairman PowerMand, Co-founder, Ridgeline Energy and Director, Energy Trust of Oregon
Preston Michie brings over 25 years of experience working on electric power, high voltage transmission, and environmental issues, including 21 years as an attorney with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). He is a director of the Energy Trust of Oregon and the Wetlands Conservancy in Oregon and executive director of the Northwest Hydrogen Alliance. Mr. Michie has an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon, a J.D. degree from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin.
 
 Tom Foley - Ex-President and former Chairman of the Board, Energy Trust of Oregon
In addition to his Energy Trust leadership, Tom has over 30 years of experience in the field of energy analysis and management, including integrated resource planning at both the domestic and international level and providing expert testimony to public utilities commissions.  Tom also held positions as Senior Energy Advisor and Manager of Energy and Economic Analysis for Pacific Northwest National Laboratories (Battelle Northwest), and Manager of Conservation and Generating Resources Analyses, Northwest Power Planning Council.

 

 
 Andrew MacRitchie – Managing Partner, Aequitas Capital Management
Andrew MacRitchie has 20 years in general and executive management roles. He brings considerable experience in strategy, regulation and large company operations with a focus on M&A. His most recent role was as EVP and member of the Board of Directors of PacifiCorp, a $10B electric utility operating in six western states. Mr. MacRitchie headed the business unit responsible for the operational management of PacifiCorp's $4 billion asset base with 2,600 employees involved in providing electric distribution, transmission and customer service for 1.5 million customers.

 

 
 Steve Skaggs - Former CEO Lattice Semiconductor
Former Director, President, CEO and CFO, Lattice Semiconductor.  Steve Skaggs brings over 20 years experience in high technology leadership.  He has expertise in operations, manufacturing, strategic planning, finance, mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to Lattice, Mr. Skaggs was a manager at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm, where he specialized in high technology product strategy and corporate restructurings. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
